When you want to use either the word "tautology" or "oxymoron", do you have to pause and think to make sure you aren't actually using the wrong one.

My thoughts:

Yes, yes, I do. And I suspect I still get it wrong sometimes.

The actual question:

Our "beloved" PM has declared his first 100 days in office as "a good start".

A good start to WHAT exactly...

I do suggest you listen to this whilst voting... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5d7EbtLb8ok

My thoughts:

Oh my God.   From his point of view, it was a good start, and he has just kept on in the same direction, and now I'm looking back to the Howard era as "the good old days".  I want to cry.

The actual question:

Aaah, yes, it is almost that time of the day. You know the one, the one where you realise you are out of coffee and need to go to the loo. Also known as "around 11am". So you get up from your desk... Assuming you are in a typical office you will either have the kitchen/coffee shop no where near the loo, or they will be smack next to each other...

(for ease of use, I'm saying coffee, because I am NORMAL, but it could be any beverage as per drunk in the office)

And the punters said:

My thoughts:

I recently discovered a little not-kitchen next to the toilets. I'm not sure what it is doing there but it is handy for leaving cups.
